We guarantee their satisfaction, and your hotel earns a 10% commission on every order by QR code or delivered to their room.

MECHANICS:  

1.  We place a display on the check-in counter (20x20x35cm WLH) with some of our finest pieces, and a QR Code* for them to order from. 
2. We process the hotel guest’s order and arrange for delivery. 
3. Your staff receive the souvenirs and a copy of the invoice.  
4. Guests pick up from the front desk or take delivery to their room (thus “accept the goods” or reject the goods). 
5. Your staff keep the invoice for accounts, and ensure the invoice # is reflected in your monthly Groovy Gear sales report. 
6. Your accounts department issues an invoice to Groovy Map Co., Ltd., for the 10% commission and we clear it each month.   
7. ALTERNATE: With your account’s permission, we offer a “pay the hotel” option, and the hotel charges the guest.  This way, every month, the hotel adds up all invoices (delivered and accepted) and pays us the remainder, minus your 10% commission. 

*All orders from https://groovygear.co or https://groovygearwholesale.com/, delivered to your hotel earn a commission, whether they use the QR code or not.
