We are working to reduce times to 24hr delivery in Bangkok, and overnight to many cities in Thailand. Overseas delivery times vary, and we must get your approval of DELIVERY COSTS before processing those orders.

In all our souvenir range, we aim for the best quality within a reasonable price range. 
For instance, Groovy Gear keychains use nickle-coated steel rings to prevent rust, and use the highest quality enamel.  While this adds 0.10 USD more at the production level, it means our keychains won't rust if it gets sea-breezes. Not sure about wet!

Currently, 900 THB, as it takes time to pack and process orders, prepare documentation and arrange shipping. 

We require full payment before an order is shipped.  We accept direct transfer, major credit cards, PayPal.

Please inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it. If a hotel customer, leave the entire package with the front desk after telling us, and we will credit whichever payment method you used to make payment within 30 days.
